Why Don’t All Diets Work For Everybody?

No matter what free online diets you use, there is no guarantee that it will work for you. Even if you give the diet your 100% full effort without cheating once, you still may not see the results you want and maybe no results at all.

Why? It’s simple, no two people are alike. Most diets concentrate on eliminating or replacing something in your diet. That’s how they get people to lose weight. For the average person, these diets would be very successful. However, just like I said above, no two people are the same.

It all depends on your previous diets. There is a reason why you gained weight. There was probably at least some type of unhealthy food that caused the weight gain. Whether it was too much meat, too much junk food, too much high fat dairy foods; there was a poison that caused the fat.

Therefore, it’s important to find a diet to eliminate or at least reduce that poison from you daily eating. Would you obtain a high protein diet to lose weight when your problem was meats in the first place? Obviously not, so be smart and careful about which plans you use.
