The metabolism is a fat burning system that is key to losing weight. In fact, my opinion, the one thing that must be accomplished for somebody to lose weight is to raise the body’s metabolism.

So whatever diet that you do obtain, make sure that they include high protein meals. Because they fill you up and raise your metabolism, it’s obvious that part of dieting is protein.
