As a former MLM company owner of over 6 years and an MLM distributor of over 20 years, I’ve seen a LOT of companies (both good and bad) come and go.

The problem with many of the companies I’ve been involved with has boiled down to one common issue:
As a passionate member of the MLM concept, it pains me to say this … but in my personal experience, I’ve discovered that what most companies lack can be summed up in one word:

Integrity

Now, recognize that I am not talking about the overall/collective integrity of the distributors/members themselves.  Instead, I’m talking about the level (or lack thereof) of integrity that emminates from the top … from the founders and corporate officers themselves.

You see, if the company itself is run by individuals with less-than-acceptible levels of integrity themselves, then the company itself is ultimately doomed, because history has proven time and time again that people always "follow the leader".  If you have a leader who practices less-than-scrupulolus methods of doing business, then it follows suit that many who join with that company will ultimately follow suit.  And for those who don’t, they simply end up with yet another dream shattered … with 2-3 years (or even more) of intense business-building efforts that have been washed down the drain (and for many, this has occured not just once, not just twice, but *multiple* times).

Now, I don’t profess to have a crystal ball, and I will never claim to "Know All" and/or "See All", but given my personal experiences from many years of working in the MLM industry, I can at least offer some information that will hopefully be treated with some "soundness".

I’ve somewhat recently been introduced to a fairly new home business opportunity that has, at last, met my "integrity test" with positive results. 

Oh yes, before I forget, I’m going to be very upfront with you and let you know *now* that I *will* include a link for you to gain more information and/or join this program with me.  I make no attempts to hide behind this fact.

One more thing, this company does *not* pay a dime to me (or anyone else) just for acquiring new enrollees.  Their business model is based primarily on their product line (which, as you’ll soon see, works incredibly well).

Team BeachBody is heavily involved in Direct Response Marketing, which is a fancy way of saying that they do a lot of their marketing by way of professionally produced infomercials.  It’s quite likely you’ve already seen one or more of their shows on TV (P90X with Tony Horton, The Ten Minute Trainer, Turbo Jam, Slim in 6, Hip Hop Abs … and the list goes on).

One of the most terrific features of this from the business-side of things is that (upon qualification, which is *easy* to attain) the company will *hand* you customers.  These aren’t just "leads", but bona-fide paying customers who have purchased from Team BeachBody’s infomercials, radio ads, magazine ads, and the like. I am personally receiving about one new customer per day at the time of writing this. 

In addition to this, the company also has a new infomercial out that is geared toward getting folks interested in joining the business itself.  When a person calls in from the infomercial and signs up as a Team BeachBody coach, the company will then *hand* you coaches as well (again, you must first qualify to receive coaches, but this too is easy to do)!  This is (to my knowledge) unprecedented.  A company that builds your business for you!?!?  Unheard of … until now.

Okay, let’s quickly get back the issue of integrity.  I happened to join w/ an individual (a friend of mine) who treats the "I" word as seriously as I do, and he himself will only join a business that operates with the utmost of integrity, from the top down.  He has met with the CEO (Carl Daikeler) on several occassions and has spent over a YEAR looking into this company.

·     They pay commissions on time

·     They follow through on promises

·     Their support department is adequately staffed (they actually answer the phones!) AND they take the time YOU need to get your questions answered and issues resolved
