Unfortunately heaps of people get confused when it comes to what IS a six pack exercise. They hit the treadmill, spend hours doing aerobics and of course the Sunday session at the health spa. After all this they are left wondering why they don’t have the six pack they want!
The thing is that the six pack exercise you need you can’t get just from cardio. Running, cycling and dancing does not produce the six pack results you’re aiming for – no matter how much you do it.
The best six pack exercise is anything that builds muscle – particularly around the middle area. You need to do exercises that will boost your metabolism and force your muscle to grow.
This is not to say that you shouldn’t do cardio exercises, you should. It is very important to keep your fitness up and obviously burning calories (although strength training does this also).
You should get a coach who’s familiar with the strength work required for impressive 6 pack abs and from there it’s all on you. You’ll find yourself more and more dedicated to your six pack exercise as you start to see the awesome results.
Stick with the workout and you’ll have fantastic six pack abs in no time.
