The best way for increasing sperm count is to improve your lifestyle. Overall, a good and healthy lifestyle is the best way to keep your sperm healthy. Here are some lifestyle decisions that will help in increasing sperm count.

1. Don’t smoke.
Believe it or not, smoking can interfere with your libido and mess up your sperm production. On top of it all, it may even damage the sperm you are already producing.

2. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
Studies show that excessive drinking lowers your sperm count and affects your libido negatively.

3. Don’t do drugs.
Illegal drugs, such as anabolic steroids, cocaine, and marijuana all have negative impact on the libido and sperm production.

Like many health problems, low sperm count may be caused by the lifestyle choices you make.
