Getting Your Ex Back

General No Comments »

Does love make you feel like those old cliches?  You know the ones, love and be loved, although it requires effort, it feels effortless – because of the love you both share. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

Remember that dessert that the two of you shared? Well you are going to have to savor it , because most folks need space straight after a break up, so trying to get your ex back is going to depend on the details, and the details can be  as individual as humans.  Sometimes, you need to move quickly if you want a shot at getting your ex back, and other times, you have to give your ex a bit of time to miss you.

You do need to remember, that there are only two of you that know the whole story.  Granted, you need your friends and family for support, but be careful of the advice you take from them.  Remember, they were not there, they did not experience the situation and sometime their advice can kill something that could have been rekindled. Their intentions will always be noble, but they just were not there.

That is not to say that you should not use your old friends and family for support. Call your old friends and get out of the house. You need to develop some sidetracking and distractions, so that you do not become so totally consumed by the situation, you are not able to think straight.

There is also no point calling your ex  if you know that they are ignoring you, it will  only  make them more annoyed, and you more upset.  Lay off the phone and enjoy your life, contrary to popular belief, you did have a life before you met them.  In most instances you should give it a week or two and they may be in a more receptive mood.

Yes, you have to recognize when it’s time to cut your losses and move on. However, in many cases the problem can be easy to pinpoint, so if both parties are agreeable, you can then work on solving it. Yes, even those that have been apart for years have been able to rekindle the love they once shared.  And there is sometimes an added bonus – the love is stronger and deeper than it ever was.

There is a right way and a wrong way to trying to get your ex back, and if you attempt it the wrong way,
chances are you will screw up your chances of a reconciliation by acting abnormally. That is, you could panic, act desperate, or argue, which only serves to drive another nail into your relationship coffin.

Caralluma Fimbriata: The New Weight Loss Power Player?

General No Comments »

Caralluma Fimbriata. For most people, the question is…what is it? Just another Johnny Come Lately fad diet supplement? Well, maybe yes and maybe no. Let’s take a little journey and find out exactly what Caralluma is and what it is not.

Caralluma belongs to the cactus family and is known as a succulent. It grows wild in much of India and as far north as Afghanistan and the surrounding areas.

For literally hundreds of years it has been eaten by the locals of the region as a vegetable and can be eaten both raw and cooked. The green follicles of the plant are usually boiled, salted and eaten. It is also very popular there in making a variety of different chuntney’s and pickles.

The locals who eat this vegetable found it contained certain properties that acted like a natural appetite and diet suppressant while at the same time boosting their energy level and quenching their thirst. For this reason Caralluma has always been used as a portable hunting food and also became known locally as a "famine food" and used extensively in the drier, more arid regions of India.

Modern science has now caught up with Caralluma Fimbriata and this new succulent cactus is making a booming appearance in the diet and fitness world. Not only does it appear to deliver excellentappetite suppression while giving your endurance a boost but it also looks promising in lowering blood sugar levels as well.

Clinical researchers are discovering that the extracts of Caralluma actually act on the hunger centers within the brain reducing the feeling of being hungry. Further more, these studies have found that appetite suppression takes place without any known disturbances in the natural function of the neurotransmitters within the brain itself. This is surprisingly different than most appetite suppressants on the market today.

Other benefits include increase in lean body mass, enhancement in the ratio of blood HDL/LDL, improvement in capillary health, hearing, memory function, joint inflammation and others.

Surprisingly, Caralluma Fimbriata is a completely natural appetite suppressant and does not contain any artificial ingredient, chemicals or any type of preservative which more recent studies indicate can possibly interfere in the body’s natural dieting process.

There have never been any recorded instance of adverse reaction or toxicity in the extensive studies undertaken to determine it’s safety in human consumption. The fact that it has been eaten for centuries should be proof for certain of it’s benefits and long term positive effects on the human body.

Be prepared for a media avalanche as Fimbriata Caralluma becomes poised to overtake the current appetite suppression market. I fully expect this to become even more popular that the current Hoodia craze with this product being even less expensive while being far more effective.

Instead of running after the next new super dieting miracle you owe it to yourself to check out. Caralluma may be just what you’ve been searching for.

Stop Sweating Start Living

General No Comments »

Ok so basically I searched SO long to find some good information on reducing sweating excessively without having to pay top dollar for a medication or a course of… who knows what!

Finally I came across this little blurb in an article on some common things you can use from around your house to try and lessen the amount you sweat ie. stop sweating. Now to mention lessen the embarassment caused from excessive sweating – ARGH!

Here’s the tips:

· If excessive sweating occurs on your face, wrap some ice in a face towel and use it to gently rub on your face before you apply any make-up . The purpose for this is to close the pores on your face.

· To avoid having body odor, use clean and appropriate clothing, preferably cotton, which absorbs sweat.

· Combine a small portion of baking soda with starch to make a household baking powder and put a few drops of lemon juice. Use this to pat the underarms at least twice a day.

· White vinegar is another effective treatment for body odor. Instead of using an anti-perspirant, use cotton to apply the white vinegar in the underarms.

· You may use a freshly sliced potato to rub in your underarms. You should let it dry first before getting dressed.

Cool huh? I had no idea so many of those things could be used!

There are more tips like these at stop sweating start living – and I recommend you check that out!

Until next time,

James
